bd11 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bd11 platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of bd11, regardless of how they access the platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application distributed by bd11). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

bd11 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bd11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd11 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services without exception. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either through bd11's own self-exclusion system or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which bd11 is a participant.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of bd11 or of any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners. Immediate family members of such individuals are also excluded from opening a player account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. If you are under legal guardianship or have been declared legally incapacitated, you are not eligible to register.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on bd11. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under alternative identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. bd11 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently suspended.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes after registration.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

bd11 is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Driving licence issued in Bangladesh
• Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months
• Screenshot or statement from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming ownership of the mobile financial service used for deposits

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in a temporary freeze on withdrawals until the documents are received and verified. bd11 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

3.2 Account Currency

All bd11 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There is no option to hold a balance in any other currency. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonuses are displayed and processed in BDT. bd11 does not perform or charge for currency conversion — your balance is in BDT from the moment funds are credited.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your bd11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

bd11 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password or full OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from bd11 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

You agree to notify bd11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bd11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential or from your failure to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

bd11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, particularly given that most Bangladeshi users access the platform via mobile devices that may be shared within a household. 2FA can be enabled from the account security settings panel after login.

5. Deposits

bd11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in BDT:

bd11 does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on your bd11 account must match the name associated with the payment method used. Any deposit originating from a payment account not held in your registered name will be reversed and may trigger a KYC review.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect users from unauthorised fund diversions. bd11 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times from the point of approval are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Under 15 minutes
• Rocket and Upay: Under 30 minutes
• Bank transfers: Within 1 business hour

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, withdrawals above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional identity verification checks at bd11's discretion.

bd11 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your payment provider are beyond bd11's control and are your responsibility. Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an outstanding KYC verification request, an active responsible gaming cooling-off period, or a pending fraud investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions on Bonus Funds

If your account balance includes any portion derived from a bonus, the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus must be fully met before the bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are always withdrawable at any time, subject to standard processing procedures. Wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play prior to the requirement being met.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bd11 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus offers are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above only.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for each promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion window will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except under the specific cashout conditions stated per offer.
• bd11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a user's account if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to hedge bonus plays, systematic low-risk wagering to convert a bonus without genuine risk, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will be permanently suspended.

7.2 Promotional Modifications

bd11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, including after a user has begun participating, if bd11 reasonably determines that the promotion has been misused, that a technical error has caused unintended results, or that market or regulatory conditions require a change. In such cases, bd11 will notify affected users via their registered email or in-platform notification.

8. Betting Rules

bd11's sports betting product covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODIs, Test matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets as published on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bd11:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bd11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described under Section 8.2 (Void Bets).
• Minimum bet stake is ৳50. Maximum bet stakes vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds are expressed in decimal format. The potential return displayed at the time of bet placement includes your original stake.
• In-play betting is subject to brief delays to ensure the integrity of live data. bd11 is not responsible for bets placed based on publicly available information that has already been priced into the market at the time of placement.
• bd11 reserves the right to limit or suspend betting on any market at its sole discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns that may suggest match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated manipulation.

8.1 Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a discrepancy between bd11's result feed and the official governing body result, the official governing body result shall prevail. Settlement takes place within 30 minutes of an event concluding under normal circumstances.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum number of overs/periods required for settlement have been completed; the event is postponed and not rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time; or a technical error in the bd11 platform resulted in the bet being placed at an incorrect or erroneous price that was materially different from the true market odds at the time of placement.

9. Casino Game Rules

bd11's casino product includes live dealer games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack), slot games, crash games, and fishing games. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe.

The rules governing each individual casino game are determined by the game's provider and are displayed within the game interface. By launching and playing any casino game on bd11, you agree to the rules presented within that game. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail on matters of account management, payment, and conduct; in-game rules shall govern the outcome of individual game rounds.

9.1 Game Integrity

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd11 platform. Engaging in any of the actions below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of the account balance, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point in the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Opening or operating more than one bd11 account, or assisting another person in opening a second account to circumvent any restriction or exclusion applied to an existing account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, including to place bets, spin slots, or participate in crash games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Colluding with other players in any live dealer game to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion in sports betting markets.
• Using the bd11 platform for any money laundering activity or for processing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Placing bets in a manner that constitutes arbitrage exploitation of pricing errors, including through coordinated use of multiple accounts.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd11 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel associated with the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd11 platform — including but not limited to the bd11 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of bd11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, transmitting, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content from the bd11 platform without prior written consent from bd11.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. All rights associated with those games are reserved by their respective owners.

12. Privacy & Data

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

bd11's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their bd11 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit bd11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Responsible Gaming

bd11 takes responsible gaming seriously as an operational commitment, not merely a compliance obligation. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within every user's account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (made more restrictive) with immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount of your balance that can be lost in a single session or over a defined period.
• Session duration reminders: Receive notifications at chosen intervals showing session length, opening balance, and current balance.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. During any self-exclusion period, login is disabled and a new account cannot be opened with the same registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the bd11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any balance held in your account in accordance with Section 6 of these terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bd11 platform. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, your account, or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of the matter being raised with bd11's support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents bd11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or platform integrity.
